Annie Jump Cannon
Annie Jump Cannon (/ˈkænən/; 11 Disember 1863 – 13 April 1941) merupakan seorang ahli astronomi Amerika Syarikat yang kerja katalognya memainkan peranan penting dalam perkembangan pengelasan bintang sezaman. Bersama Edward C. Pickering, beliau dipuji kerana mencipta Skim Pengelasan Harvard, yang merupakan percubaan sungguh-sungguh pertama untuk mengatur dan mengelaskan bintang berdasarkan suhunya dan jenis spektrum. Beliau hampir pekak sepanjang kerjayanya. Beliau seorang suffragist dan ahli Parti Wanita Kebangsaan.[2]
