Perjanjian Denmark–Korea 1902
Perjanjian Denmark–Korea tahun 1902 ({{Jawi|ڤرجنجين دنمارك–كوريا 1902) dirundingkan antara wakil Kerajaan Denmark dan Empayar Korea.
Latar belakang
suntingPada tahun 1876, Korea menjalin perjanjian perdagangan dengan Jepun setelah kapal-kapal Jepun mendekati Ganghwado dan mengancam akan menembak di ibu kota Korea. Rundingan perjanjian dengan beberapa negara Barat dimungkinkan dengan selesainya langkah awal Jepun ini.[1]
Pada tahun 1882, Amerika membuat perjanjian dan menjalin hubungan diplomatik,[2] yang berfungsi sebagai templat untuk rundingan berikutnya dengan kuasa Barat yang lain.
Peruntukan perjanjian
suntingOrang Denmark dan Korea berunding dan meluluskan perjanjian pelbagai fasal dengan ketentuan yang serupa dengan negara-negara Barat yang lain.[3]
Menteri dari Denmark ke Korea mungkin dilantik sesuai dengan perjanjian ini; tetapi urusan diplomatik dikendalikan oleh orang Belgium.[3]
Perjanjian itu tetap berlaku walaupun protektorat ditubuhkan pada tahun 1905.[4]
