Operation Gubir II

Operation Gubir 2, launched on 15 April 1976. The main objective of this operation was to capture an MNLA training camp named Target Bravo , which had a network of underground tunnels on the Malaysia-Thailand border. This operation was carried out through air strikes with precautions to avoid traps set around the area. Three Nuri helicopters were used to insert the commandos and plan their withdrawal [1] .
