Kepulauan Comoro atau Comoros (Shikomori Komori; Arab: جزر القمر, Juzur al-Qomor; Perancis: Les Comores) terbentuk daripada gugusan kepulauan gunung berapi yang terletak di luar pantai tenggara benua Afrika, di timur Mozambique dan barat laut Madagascar. Kepulauan ini secara politiknya terbahagi kepada Kesatuan Comoros (penduduk 850,688 orang) dan dua buah wilayah Perancis: jabatan Mayotte (penduduk 270,372 orang) dan Kepulauan Glorioso, sebahagian Kepulauan Rawak di Lautan India, daerah ke-5 dalam Tanah Selatan Perancis dan Antartika.
