Croat Bosnia dan Herzegovina, sering kali dirujuk sebagai Croat Bosnia, merupakan penduduk ketiga terbesar dalam kumpulan etnik di Bosnia dan Herzegovina selepas etnik Bosniak dan Serb.[1] Etnik Croat di Bosnia dan Herzegovina juga membawa sumbangan besar terhadap kebudayaan di Bosnia dan Herzegovina. Bahasa asli mereka adalah Croatia, dan kebanyakan mereka adalah penganut Katolik Rom, meskipun ada sebilangan kecil adalah atheist.

Bermula pada kurun ke-15 sehingga ke-19, ramai penganut Katolik di negara moden Bosnia dan Herzegovina melarikan diri bagi mengelakkan diri berada di bawah pemerintahan Empayar Uthmaniyyah. Pada kurun ke-20, kekacauan politik dan kemiskinan ekonomi menyebabkan ramai etnik ini berhijrh keluar. Pembersihan etnik semasa Perang Bosnia pada tahun 1990-an juga memaksa etnik Croat bertebaran ke seluruh bahagian Bosnia-Herzegovina. Berdasarkan laporan statistik yang dikeluarkan pada tahun 2013, terdapat seramai 544,780 etnik Croat yang tinggal di Bosnia dan Herzegovina.[2]
