Bandar Cebu atau lebih dikenali sebagai Bandar Bandar Cebu (bahasa Cebu: Sugbo) merupakan ibu kota wilayah Cebu di Filipina. Kota ini terletak di bahagian timur pulau Cebu. Bandar ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 964,169 dalam isi rumah 238,317. Ia mempunyai luas 315.00 kilometer persegi dan ketinggian 135 meter di atas permukaan laut.
